To the Court:
Comes now L. F. Heiden and respectfully shows to
the Court that on the 3rd day of November, 1919, one Heinrich
Heiden departed this life intestate, being at the time of his
death a resident of Benton County, Iowa, and that on the 11th
day of February, 1920, undersigned, L. F. Heiden was duly appointed
administrator of said estate and qualified and gave bond as
required by law.
That this administrator has collected all the assets
of said estate and should be charged with the same as follows:

This administrator would further report to the Court
that the deceased, Heinrich Heiden, left the following heirs-
at-law: Mary Jurgemeyer, Anna Ebert, H. F. Heiden, Vena Bartle,
L. F. Heiden, J. H. Heiden, and the following three grand-
children, the children of deceased daughter, to-wit: Emery
Pfaffle, Roy Pfaffle and Elsie Lathrop, and a grandson, the
only child of another deceased daughter, Harold Hopper, said
Harold Hopper being at the present time under guardianship
and whose share is being made payable to his guardian A.M.Vette.
Said heirs-in-law are therefore entitled to and have been
paid the following shares, to-wit:

Anna Ebert 1/8 of $17401.24 or 2175.15
H. F. Heiden 1/8 of $17401.24 or 2175.15
Vena Bartle 1/8 of $17401.24 or 2175.15

Emery Pfaffle 1/24 of 17401.24 or 725.05

This administrator has paid to each of said heirs-at-law
or their guardian the aforesaid sums and filed vouchers with
the Clerk of the District Court for said amounts. This admin-
istrator also files herewith vouchers for all sums paid out.
This administrator has collected all the assets of said
estate and has paid all the claims and distributed all the
funds in his hands.
This administrator has made a charge of $100.00 for his
services in this matter and Kirkland & White have made a charge
for their services in the sum of $260.00, the same being about
one-half the regular statutory fees.
Nothing further now remains to be done in said estates and
this administrator asks that his final report be approved;
that all his doings and transactions as shown herein be approved;
and that he be discharged and his bondsmen exonerated and released.
