Mrs. Lloyd Heiden Dies
At Farm Home on
Thursday of Last Week
Neighbors and friends gathered
at the Methodist church in Clark
on Monday afternoon to pay a
tribute of respect to the memory
of Mrs. Lloyd Heiden, resident of
Thorp township for many years,
who passed away at the farm
home on Thursday of last week,
Services were in charge of Rev. J.
Wesley Proper.
Pallbearers included neighbors
and friends and were Dale Tupper,
Hubert Evans, Oscar Wilson,
Ben Benson, John Lien and S. L.
Hanson. During the service music
was by Miss Nadine Donahue and
Mrs. Robert Brown, with Miss
Dorothy Donahue acting as ac-
companiast.
Born at Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on
Feb. 20, 1902, Mrs. Heiden was
the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
John Killmer. She came to Clark
county with her parents at the
age of 6 years and had resided
here ever since. On March 24,
1920 she was united in marriage
with Mr. Heiden at Redfield, and
to this union two sons were born,
both of whom with Mr. Heiden
are left to mourn her passing. The
sons are Howard and Kendal, both
of this community.
Other survivors include a
granddaughter, three sisters, Mrs.
Mel Schultz of Clark, Mrs. Vina
Clark and Mrs. Della Robinson,
both of Washington; four broth-
ers, Leo of Clark, Alfred, Ray and
Earl, all of Washington.
