Lenora Heiden, daughter of Enoch and Ingaborg Grove, was born Nov. 2, 1899
in Clark and spent her entire lifetime here. On Nov. 12, 1919, she married
Gifford Benson. He died in March 1947, and four years later she married Lloyd
Heiden in Litchfield, Minn. He died in 1970.
In addition to her duties as a housewife, Mrs. Heiden cooked at Thorp School
for several years. She was active in the ALCW group of the Clark Center
Church and was organist for several years.
Survivors include two step sons, Howard and Kendal Heiden, Clark; four step
grnadchildren, two step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands and four brothers.
